Richard Jackson
Managing Director
Richard Jackson is PCE’s Managing Director, taking on the position in 2018 from his father who started the business in 1980. With over 30 years’ hands on experience in the valve industry and an MBA, he has the skills and knowledge to successfully lead and expand the business. Richard’s roles have played a key part in turning PCE into the European business it is today, with input and direction, and working with key players to grow the group into a recognised European stockist and distributor with global reach. Richard is proud to continue the heritage of a family owned and ran business, that is able to confidently compete on an international stage with larger multinational competitors.
Nigel Hoult
Group Sales Director
Nigel Hoult is our Group Sales Director and is responsible for the implementation of our sales strategy. Nigel joined PCE in 2014 as our European Sales Manager and brings more than 30 years of industry experience and valve expertise.
Nigel has an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and has held a variety of sales roles including Internal Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Oil & Gas Industry specialist and UK & Ireland Product Manager.
Ben Williamson
Group Finance Director
Ben is a Chartered Accountant who started his career as an auditor at PwC. He spent a number of years working in Corporate Finance and M&A before joining PCE in 2015 as our Finance Director. Ben heads up our Accounts function and has also supported PCE’s growth both organically and through acquisition since arriving. Asked about his time at PCE, Ben said “the people make all the difference. The sense of team and pulling together run throughout the business, which reflects positively internally and also externally with our customers and suppliers.”
Les Taylor
Group Operations Director
Les Taylor is one of PCE’s dedicated, longstanding employees and has worked for PCE for 30 Years. Prior to his appointment he gained industry experience working in the North Sea oil fields for Chevron, BP and Aker. Starting out his PCE journey as an outside sales engineer through to warehouse manager, Quality Manager and Group Operations Director. ‘Every day is a joy coming into work for such a great family company’.
